To complete your application, please provide the following documentation:
Birth Certificate.
Current Immunisation Statement.
Medical Action Plan (if applicable) for
Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
For Overseas students, a current visa.
Proof of Residential Address as per the 100-point Checklist
Documents should show the same address and parent’s/carer’s name as recorded on the school enrolment application form. Enrolment applications may not be successful if the requested documentation is not provided.

Depending on your child's visa, they may be required to apply through the international student program and pay fees.
